Q2:Can I get samples?
A:We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for customer designs. We usually send samples by FEDEX,DHL, UPS or TNT. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our account, we will ship with our account.
Q3:How long is the sample lead time?
A:For existing samples, it takes 3~4 days. If you want your own designs, it will take 7~15days, subject to the difficulty of your designs. Anyway we will response fast to your request.
Q4:What's your MOQ?
A:Usually our MOQ is 500 pcs, but we can accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel easy to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost reasonably ,hoping you can place lager orders after checking quality of our products and knowing our service.
Q5:How long is the mass production lead time?
A:It will take 10~25 work days for the products you select, We have large production capacity ,which can ensure fast delivery time even for lager quantity.
Q6:Do you offer OEM and ODM products?
A:We can provide OEM&ODM service. Meet your special needs.
Q7:When will I get the reply from seller?
A:May delay 12 hours due to jet lag, we will reply you as soon as possible.
Q8:How to proceed an order?
A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly, customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
At last, we arrange the production.
Q9:What is the payment way?
A:30% paid in advance ,70% paid before shipment through T/T, Western Union, Visa and so on.
Q10:When will be delivery?
A:21-28 working days after receiving payment or based on order quantity.
Q11:How to deal with the damage products?
A:For the damage products during the shipping which arranged by us, we will provide you items by free charge in the next order.
