Luckily, supermarkets such as Aldi have really been coming through with their MADE dupes of late, and the newest one is perhaps one of the retailer’s absolute best yet.

If you’re a fan of rattan (and really, who isn’t these days?), you’re in luck, because Aldi’s new lampshade will bring the trending material into your home for the purse-friendly price of £24.99.

The Kirkton House Bamboo Ceiling Shade will look wonderful in any room of the house, including the living room and bedroom, and will give a rustic feel to your space, matching perfectly to rattan headboards and bamboo side tables. What’s more, this Aldi rattan lampshade is the spitting image of one of MADE’s bestselling designs.

Their Yen Extra Large Pendant Lamp Shade in Natural Bamboo has a similar tiered shape and bamboo material but, at £79, is £54 more expensive than Aldi’s new version. To give it its due however, it is a little bigger in size than the Aldi one and is a truly gorgeous design, garnering more than a few positive reviews online. ‘I love this lamp, it is the perfect size to not overwhelm but still be a bit of a centrepiece. The way it reflects light is also quite beautiful,’ said one.
